  • For Miss America - birth years 1998 - 2008

  • For Miss America's Teen - 2006 - 2014

  • Be a United States Citizen 

  • Be a female 

  • Be unmarried and without children 

  • Be a resident of Indiana and/or a full-time student in the State of Indiana
